Cyber Smart Solutions’s finance team oversees each withdrawal request received. Withdrawals are processed within the first 30 days after an account is opened; exceptional requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail support@cybersmartsolutions.com with such requests.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must first supply full compliance documentation:

• Passport copy
• Valid utility bill
• In some cases, a copy of the credit card used to make the deposits

Minimum Amounts & Fees

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 by credit card or its equivalent in your chosen fiat currency.
• There is no fee for withdrawal by credit card.
